12-YEAR-OLD DISAPPEARS BEFORE HALLOWEEN

The Austin Police Department is searching for a missing 12-year-old who disappeared after leaving school the day before Halloween.Police are asking the public for help in finding Miracle Lofton. She allegedly may have left Bertha Sadler Means Young Women’s Leadership Academy in northeast Austin with another yet unidentified student on Friday afternoon.

In their release, the APD described Miracle as follows:

Black female

12 years old

5’4″

105 lbs

She was last seen wearing black pants and a light top and was carrying a purple backpack.

Miracle needs to be found immediately due to medical conditions. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call 911 and request the Austin Police Department.

The case is being investigated by the APD Missing Persons Unit.
