SECURITY FOR LAMAR ODOM TIGHTENED AFTER THREATENING SITUATION AT HOSPITAL

While Lamar Odom continues to recover from his life-threatening collapse, security threats to the former NBA star’s life have caused concerns at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.The former NBA player has made some progress since being transported to California from Las Vegas, even though depression as well as lung and kidney problems have been causing worries about his recovery.

According to reports, Odom had an unpleasant visitor on Monday night who claimed to be his assistant and that Odom was awaiting him, which was a lie.

TMZ quoted sources who said the visitor had worked for Odom’s camp and might have been a key figure in his drug connection. The man was allegedly fired by Odom’s management the day the ex-player was hospitalized.

When security refused to let the man in, he reportedly yelled and made a big scene.

Due to this threat and the general level of public interest, Odom is being kept in a high security section of the hospital.

Odom’s wife Khloe Kardashian has been by his side during rehabilitation, after she and Odom reportedly called off their divorce last week.
